	Design We provide you with designs for your site. You pick and with our help refine the design You sign off the final agreed design
	Build and Test We build the site Insert the initial content that is provided by you We rigorously test the site in our testing environment You test the site to make sure it works as agreed at the specification and design phase.
	Deploy The site is deployed onto the world wide web The project is completed. Don't worry if you discover any 'bugs' within 60days, we'll fix them for free.
